Paint Job Preview

Short story that I can show off at DICE. My show is on the way so I have a bit of breathing space to focus on the next big thing which is impressing the scouts. It's really hard to do this because it features a lot of interior design of not only a house but Kurt's house which is a castle. The story itself is really simple, it's basically the day of the big mutant wedding when they're getting ready. I chose it because it's got action as well as heart. Basically Jason and Gino decide to paint themselves blue to be more like Kurt while they're in their little outfits hence Jason having the look of sssssshet this was a bad idea and Gino like HAHA PAINT!! I'm a fucking baby I ain't getting into trouble! and he just rubs that shit all over himself like a day moisturizer. They sort it out and go on to the event which turns into a disaster. They get ambushed by Destroyers, Hunter gets oil spilled on her dress and Hulks out. They eventually do get through it and end on a comfortable note. At the end you find out the whole thing is actually in the past and it's just Jason and Gino as adults reminiscing over their parents graves. I think it's a good mix of action and emotion with plenty of interesting visuals, you have older and younger versions of characters so yeah. Working on that now.
